We operate in two main sectors of the global re/insurance business, reinsurance and speciality lines. In both of these areas whether they are Life or Property and Casualty our focus is to provide a product that is tailor made to each individual situation providing clients with their desired solution and risk capital with attractive returns. Management has the expertise and a long history in structuring, pricing and executing in reinsurance and speciality lines.

Reinsurance

We are a broad thinking organisation that will partner with the client on a specific transaction or as part of an overall resolution to a particular client concern.

Speciality Lines

We are interested in speciality business. The products or line of business should demonstrate competitive advantage characteristics. We look at competitive advantage as well as underwritten niche coverage, which could be in an attractive jurisdiction or have a pricing advantage that can be articulated to and modelled by us. We will work with underwriters, originators and distributors to provide efficient platforms to underwrite on and access risk capital to execute a profitable underwriting model.

Run-Off

Armour Re provides capital efficient solutions for discontinued insurance and reinsurance companies.  We have the ability to structure solutions for insurance and reinsurance portfolios as well as captive insurers and their associated insurance programs.
