Armour Risk

Armour Risk is the services division of the Bermuda domiciled Armour Group Holdings Limited (“Armour Group”).

The Armour Risk division focuses primarily on the provision of services, both internally to group companies and to third party clients.  Armour Risk's focus includes: 

• Outsourcing Services – Providing high performance and value driven outsourced services.
• Claims Management – Expert professional and highly focused claims management.
• Commutation Services – Provide bespoke expertise to resolve and close long tail insurance liabilities for insurers, reinsures and corporate clients.
• Collections – Collection of overdue claims for insurers, reinsurers and corporate clients to enhance liquidity.
• Actuarial – Provide expert actuarial pricing and insurance capital allocation advice.
• Underwriting/Claim Audit and Inspection – Verify and review underwriting and claim settlement performance for investors and capital providers.

These services include insurance and reinsurance services as well as the sourcing and management of investment based opportunities in the division’s chosen sectors.  The division has offices in Bermuda, the UK, and the US.  The Bermuda services business is incorporated as Armour Risk Services (Bermuda) Limited.  The entity is the immediate parent of the UK services arm which is incorporated as Armour Risk Management Limited and the US service business Armour Risk Management Inc.
